What it is
Premium Kashmiri Kesar is natural saffron from Pampore, Kashmir. It is grown without fertilizers and is offered without adulteration. Saffron is the dried threads of the saffron crocus flower. The deep red threads add colour, aroma, and a gentle floral flavour to sweet and savoury dishes, and a few strands go a long way.

How to use
Soak a few strands in warm milk or water for 10-15 minutes before use. This releases the colour and aroma. Add to kheer, biryani, pulao, halwa, tea, milk, or desserts. Start with a small amount, because the flavour is strong.
Storage
Keep in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Close the pack tightly after each use.
